Our collaboration with The District SD began with transforming an unused industrial warehouse—formerly a facility offering mechanic services for ship engines—into a vibrant, profitable event venue. By developing the space into a dynamic, multi-purpose hub, we laid the foundation for cultural and community-driven experiences. Through expert venue development, event planning, marketing, and execution, we curated a space that celebrated multi-faceted events, showcased international talent, and engaged diverse audiences. From networking events to live performances, each activation highlighted the venue’s versatility and creative potential.
