Pineapple Culture was engaged to concept, plan, and produce Lucha Fest at The Soap Factory, a one-day cultural celebration blending Lucha Libre wrestling, art, music, culture, and community. Developed in partnership with the Comic-Con Museum, and cultural organizations from both sides of the US/Mexico border, the event included the unveiling of a large-scale mural honoring legendary luchadores and supported the promotion of the Museum’s exhibit Sangre, Sudor y Mito: The Art and Tradition of Mexican Lucha Libre.
Our team led creative direction, programming, talent booking, vendor coordination, marketing, media creation, and on-site production. The result was a high-impact cultural event that engaged a diverse audience, amplified awareness for the exhibit, and showcased The Soap Factory as a dynamic venue for large-scale community-driven programming.
