3167 Commercial St was the address for the 3167 Gallery, a community-based event venue in the heart of Logan Heights, San Diego. We were hired by CoActivate LLC to transform an unused loft warehouse building into an event venue as part of “The District-SD” development project in the region. The venue was home to a diverse portfolio of events, including concerts, art shows, lowrider shows, quinceñeras, weddings, meetings, wellness events, and farmers markets.
